Clark Montgomery leads the training and show jumping competition program at Serenity Spring Farm.  Clark had a prolific Eventing career with many FEI wins stateside, in England and Europe. He represented the USA in the 2016 Rio Olympics before setting his sights on the discipline of show jumping.  Prior to joining Elisabeth and Bob at Serenity Spring Farm, Clark was the assistant trainer for Olympic Show Jumping rider, Will Simpson.  In Clark’s program, Serenity Spring Farm horses Aska Blue and Oaks Blessing are thriving and have been consistently placing in the top 3 during the 2023 Winter Circuit at both WEC and HITS, Ocala, while confidently moving up the levels.

Clark strives each day to become a better horseman. Utilizing all of the tools that Eventing taught him, he weaves the importance of proper flat work based on the principles of classical dressage with outdoor conditioning into each horse's program. With an emphasis placed on their physical and emotional needs, he is able to realize success, while building strength in their character. It is through his daily systematic approach to training that the horses find strength, confidence and ultimately the desire to win.
